Art with spunk!

I have always had an admiration for the botanical and how resilient and intricate plants could be. Whether it be an entire forest or the smallest biome nestled under the fallen leaves, how these ecosystems stayed balanced is a tiny mystery. By reimagining the critters that different foliage and fungi hide make these habitats a bit more magical
Nature is the backbone of our world. We should start respecting our small organisms and learn to coexist while preserving their integrity. As global warming grows worse these unique biomes will go extinct and will only exist in our imagination. These illustrations portray surreal and reimagined botanical biomes. These small pieces of nature are fantasy mixed with reality as elements of humanity mix with that of plants and wildlife.
By merging pieces familiar to our society with the ecosystems of nature it's no longer a struggle of coexisting within these worlds but blissful harmony. By creating a body of work that allows the harshness of our world to meet with the subtle and gentle nature of plants sparks a new kind of admiration for what lies beyond our backdoors.
